i have been frauded by flipkart, they delivered me wrong phone and after accepting their mistake, they blocked my account and cancelled the replacement request.
i ordered for realme 7 pro (6+128gb) but they delivered me realme 7 (6+64gb) , even the imei no. is mentioned on invoice is also of realme 7, which is 5000rs less compare to 7 pro.
after raising complaint, they accepted their mistake and accepted my replacement request, but next day they cancellled my order and blocked my account. now customer care team saying, they cant help now, because account has been blocked.
i want compensation for this harassment + refund
