On 23.11.2020 at 3:34 PM, I got a call from Mobile Number 9624064583 name the guy is Sandeep Singh e-mail address is sandeep03030404@gmail.com of Bigdata avenue . He offered me data entry job, saying they are govt. certified company. I’ve to fill up 430 form in 4 days with 90% accuracy and they will give rupees 36/- per form (total 15480/-) and the registration fees of 5480/- will be deducted from salary.
He said that you have received link and you will open the same on your laptop/ pc and create a link for the same. They sent me a 100 rupees stamp paper agreement and told that upload your photo, aadhar card and images of your signature. Then I did the same. They forward me the logging ID and I create the password through their link which they provided.
Then they called me and told that attend the verification call and agree for the job. After few minutes one lady called me for verification from this mobile number 8980347650 and I disagree to do the job. Then she told me to call to 9537710347 and tell the same (that is I don’t want to work). I ringed the number at 5:19 pm. and told the same. He said that you are already signed the legal court agreement, if you do not do the work you have to pay the registration fee amount which is rupees 5480/-.. And after some time in the evening I logged in did some data entry work. And again the next day 24th November 2020 from morning three to four time I logged in and logged out and did 124 number data entry .In the evening 24th of November 2020 at 17:22 hrs when I again try to logged in I didn’t. The messages showed that “ username and password does not match” On 24th November at 17:26 hrs I mailed support@bigdataavenue.com and wrote the logging problem. Then I called to customer care no 9537710347 and they said that you have already cancelled your id when verification call was made. So you have to pay the registration amount of rupees 5480/- and there will be no legal action taken against you. Company will apply for your noc in the court. Then I tried several times to logged in 24th of November the result will be the same. It showed that “ username and password does not match” .
On 25th November 2020 at 12:04 pm I received a sms from sender CP-SENSMS adv. Pritam Rana (mobile no. 9099096136) that FIR has been registered against me. Here the clear amount which I’ve to pay is rupees 37,950/-. Another sms time 18:06 hrs sender AD-SENSMS notice amount rupees 156950/- company name Aura Data Services. Again Pritam Rana. Another sms from sender CP-SENSMS that your case has been registered at district sessions court jamnagar Gujarat.
On 25th November 2020 I received a mail from advocateassociate87@gmail.com by giving legal notice where they said come At Jamnagar Gujarat District Court For Further Legal proceedings and you need to be present at mehsana gujarat district court on 28/11/2020 with the challan amount of 37950/- inr.failure to present at court date, court is liable to issue an arrest warrant against you. Sender Adv. Wasim Shaikh GJ 4585/2014.

So a humble request to u please take the necessary action against those people and company who is harassing me by mentally and financially. I attached sms, agreement and notice which I received with this mail. Please do the needful and take necessary action.
