1. Highlight of the product says as “Smart Inverter Compressor” but they have delivered Inverter Linear compressor.
2. Description clear says that DOOR COOLING * technology but the product delivered does not have that feature

I have been trying to raise return but some error is throwing up. When contact customer case, obliviously they have not clue and there was not senior person to talk. They literally have no system to raise incidents or compliant and provide the ticket number to track.
Can you please help to get the correct model delivered or refund is provided
