Wrong & cheap goods sent in place of goods ordered
I had ordered 2 kurtis and instead of the kurtis, I got 2 horrible sarees not at all worth the amount I had paid for the kurtis. I immediately initiated the return and filled in their online form for return of goods, but there was no revert from them
Hence I wrote to them on the email id provided and they sent a mail saying the return & refund process had started and that their employee would get in touch with me on the phone
It is now 10 days since this mail and my repeated mails to them have been in vain – no one has bothered to get in touch with me nor refunded my money
I have been trying to call their no mentioned on the website, but no one replies – either an engaged tone or only recorded message saying all executives are busy and they will call back – no one ever calls back
