I have ordered special chicken biryani from Beats and Roots restaurant located at hi tech city througu zomato but i received normal chicken biryani. Restaurant gives 4 packets one comprises of onions (if we add instruction),one comprised of biryani rice, one raita, one comprises of fried chicken peices exclusively for special chciken biryani only. They sent raita, biryani, and extra onions i ordered in a separate packet total 3 packets in sealed zomato cover. Zomato agent said that restaurant is not respnding to calls and i can offer only 40 credits . He didn’t even say to me that what happened before i ask what is the response from the restaurant.
