Restaurant called to cancel one of the time but when asked to cancel the whole order so that fresh order can be placed. They denied to cancel and forcefully sent the order. Same was raised with swift customer care. Explained then the complete scenario but the denied to listen to me instead became rude and said if we cancel and don’t accept they will take out the option of cash on delivery and will force me to prepay my order.
