Recently I ordered shoes from Amazon, ( order I’d:: 402-4304512-8422763 ) which after 1 day i came to know that they are of two different sizes. One shoe is of 9 and other one is of 10 size. I returned those shoes on Jan 30 and still I haven’t got my refund yet. After consulting customer service and emailing to ofm@amazon.in
I got reply as ::
Our returns department advised us that they received local and diff used shoes. We confirmed the Campus Men’s Mike (N) BLU/WHT Running Shoes -10 UK from order #402-4304512-8422763 was in the box given to [ATS] at the time it left our fulfillment center.
We cannot issue a refund for this order until we receive the correct item.
What does it mean to send correct item when I had sent correct item to them. I am sure that I sent exactly the same item i received. Please look into this matter.
