Dear Team,

I have already shared complain many times but still my issue not resolved, my order I’d is :- OD427161517546090100, this product as per systematic order vega crus motorbike helmet but physically received Wrong, damage & Old product. Almost 16 days’ more still shipment not picked flipkart end & not refund my money till time, I am waiting long times, this is not acceptable, I don’t know about this, how can possible ??? But today I want to refund my money eod….

Yesterday I call to customer care executive but She saying refund amt credited in my payment source account within 24 hours approx. then picked up arrange nearest hub & call back arrange via backend team…

After few minutes later then call back to customer care sr. executive yesterday, He saying refund not possible & share resolved time line tat but I saying already many times complain share please check your end, He not provided valid resolution, and he spoke very rudely & rude behaviour, then my on call disconnect by customer care end…

You saying my issue resolved yes or no…My issue pending long time, I have called many times but right resolution not provided any one agent, kindly look into this matter & resolved my issue as soon as possible ???……
