The issue is that I received the wrong product and brand is different. As I ordered Casio watch but received Fastrack watch .Order OD221199589713782000 . Now the seller is cancelling my request by technical error and second time by system by default. I’m Saidi Musa Juma from Tanzania. Even after submiting my IDs for verification. No response is coming.Without any mail of confirmation or something. My request is cancelled twice . After submitting everything is needed .It feels like discrimination is happening with me . As I’m new here . I gave my Frro and visa and also passport as they were forcing me to give aadhar which is not possible as I’m not Indian . They didn’t even called me in this regard only by simply cancelling my request for no reason . I don’t know why this happening. Never felt this bad .so please help me.As it cost me almost 3 thousand. This the last time I will not buy anything from flipkart now onwards . They have cheated me . For the same I’m writing this complaint. Even after telling my things that I don’t have time to waste still they are making there procedures and not doing anything on time. That too no resolution is given.
