Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken postpaid plan of Rs. 149/- in year 2017 of which you have converted into Rs. 249/- without our confirmation and information . Then you converted postpaid plan into Rs. 299/- from Rs. 249/- also without our confirmation and information .
When I asked in Vodafone office they told me that we do not have plan available of Rs.149/- and Rs.249/-.
Why you changed my plan without my information ?
