The first sign of belief to any organization is their support but they are lacking very badly in it.
I got a Boucher for free accommodations or Movie tickets after they invited me and my wife for the dinner for signing a membership.
I mail them to redeem my Boucher for only 2 Movie tickets but after every mail they reply ” We are checking our slots get back you soon”
But no response after this mail, any time I mail them the only reply I get the same.
The customer support on phone telling me that you will get your tickets within 1 hour but 1 day 2 day no movie tickets not any reply.
When I follow-up
Their reply “We are checking our slots get back you soon”
Its almost more than 1 month they are unable to check slots or give me some positive response.
VERY PATHETIC VERY FRUSTATING
