Dear Nodal Officer,
Airtel Broadband Service,
Hyderabad, Telangana.
I distress to inform you that, unfortunately my family members have chosen Airtel for DTH + Broadband services. But the day one you people have started troubling us who wanted to become a customer of your company.
In the month of March 2023, we have approached Airtel for DTH and broadband services, very next day your representative (+91 9573951555) had visited our residence and booked a DTH connection by collecting Rs.1500/- as an advance rental through a online link which he generated on your Airtel activation related app. But later your team has failed to install the connection stating that it’s not feasible hence the advanced rental which we have paid to Airtel will be returned in next three working days.
But to our surprise, the refund is not processed even after 2 months despite of our best efforts. When I am trying to approach your representative he simply stopped answering the calls. Even tried reaching out your call centre for numerous times. But the response is highly pathetic. It looks like your company has decided to cheat the customers who apply for DTH connections in the name of advanced rentals towards Booking a DTH+BB Connection. We tweeted this to your company on Twitter. But all our efforts have gone in vain.
I urge you to refund the advanced rental which you collected immediately or be ready to face consumer court very soon.
