My name is Ajinkya Deshmukh, my friend gave me the suggestion to try pep wash ,as already using it for long time.
So I downloaded the app and placed an order of 13 clothes to get dry cleaning.I placed the frist order and the pickup guy who supposed to come within a particular time slot haven’t reached my home, when I called him he said I am in hospital, and down with fever which is quite accepted. again I placed for the same order caused I need to attend a function at my hometown , at second time I deliberately chosen the morning slot the guy came on 08/08/2017 around 9 am he took 13 clothes for dry cleaning and since then I haven’t received any update on the clothes status. Since yesterday I tried calling on the customer service number , but it seemed that everyone try to side them to take responsibility of this delay. Today is 17/08/2017 it almost 10 days now and still I haven’t recived any authentic reply from pep wash WHICH IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I HAVE NO PROPER CLOTHES TO WEAR IN MY FUNCTIONS. this is most pathetic services I have seen and I will DEFINITELY PUT ALL THIS EXPERIENCE ON SOCIAL MEDIA, SO PEOPLE also start ABOMINATE your brand and services.
