Dear Sir / Madam
We are in education center, we are training students for cibil Service Exam and State Service Exam. We need internet facility so student can give their time in classroom and prepare for the exam. Nowadays all government exam are online so students utilize our study room and practice online for their exam. Students career is very very important, students are working hard so they can do something for country but due to airtel they are loosing their career.
Now unnecessarily Airtel is not providing us internet service since last 10 day I am in continues follow up with Airtel team to activate my service so students can study .
I request Airtel company to inform me that they want to continue with us or they want to discontinue, if they want to discontinue I had peal to Airtel to give us reason why they don’t want to continue and if they don’t want to continue with us they have to inform me before 10 days they should not give us all fault commitment because they had wasted my students time.
Airtel team member have no courtesy to revert to our e-mail. Now we have to take this issue to press and media so I need your kind support and guidance.
I kindly request you to help me and my students.
