When I checked my balance I noticed that 66rs got deducted. When i have called customer care number for raising complaint executive person is give suggestion to migrate to another network. This is not at all satisfactory. I didn’t get any confirmation that some pack is enabled on my account. I need to know what link I have pressed to enable service. I need to escalate this issue and need some resolution.
