Image Uploaded by venkata narasimham:from kolkata, i have placed on order in PAYTM i.e. Men Classic Chic Drive Colorful Frog Mirror Sunglasses (Gold Tawny Lens) on 23-02-2018 at 11:05 am. order no.4681512951 worth 302.00 rupees with shipping charges 15.00 rupees total 317.00 rupees.
Today 23.03.2018 05:00pm #ref no:-57557045 PAYTM has been cancelled my order without information to me amount has been added in my wallet. Today i spoken to one of the PAYTM customer care executive Mr.ZAIDI from Delhi branch i asked to him why your are cancelled my order without my permission?
he is telling PAYTM have rights to cancel without information to buyer. Please tell me sir if PAYTM have this type of Rights(without inform to buyer order can be cancel by third party) what is the use of consumer law and consumer court.
Finally i am requesting to you please inform to PAYTM please send my product to me.
