Text of Complaint by Shailesh Patel:

We had done Hotel booking from Booking.com and we called at Hotel to confirm our booking before visiting they. Denied that we can’t accept your booming as all are rooms full which was unprofessional miscommunication between Hotel and Booking.com why customer should suffer we want to complaint for mental Harsement.
