Hello,
Sub: Order No: 171996306214
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with Swiggy regarding an order I placed on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at 10:15 PM and made the payment. Unfortunately, despite waiting for two hours, the ice creams I ordered were not delivered. Eventually, we contacted your delivery partner and obtained his live location, so we personally went to collect the ice creams. However, upon receiving them, we discovered that the ice cream had completely melted and lost its real value, and it costed us Rs 868/-

To further illustrate the issue, I have already sent an image of the melted ice cream while chatting with your customer service representative. This entire experience has left me thoroughly disappointed with Swiggy, and I strongly believe that I am entitled to full refund and compensation.
