Dear Sir/ Madam I made biggest mistake of life by buying 1.5T A/c online. Since day one there is big problem in A/c. I booked complaint and technician does not come promptly. After 5 days waiting he came but could not rectify the problem. When I talk to customer care they are dismissive and shunting to service center. My sincere advice is not to buy from online. You never know what defective product is sold at cheap price. Better buy from regular shop where you can inspect and test product carefully physically.
