Sir, I bought a netgear wifi modem ADSL Modem NETGEAR Model D1500 from National Technologies in Waman Shopping Center in Charkop Kandivali West Mumbai for Rs. 2650. Despite efforts by me the Modem is not able to connect to MTNL triband because it is defective. However, seller is refusing to take modem and refund me full price and replace the modem with another modem. Such sellers should be bewared of by all customers.
