I recently purchased Ajanta LED Digital Wall Clock – OLC-105 from Shopclues.com under Order ID 78243148 on 16 Dec 2015, 08:01 AM. Delivery of the product was done on the 29th December. After opening the package, I saw that the display of the clock is totally broken. I lodged a return request on the same day under Return Id 2470279. Though they told me that the broken item will be picked up by any courier partner but they did not do the same. Instead of it, they closed my return request. I totally lost the paid amount of Rs. 1200/- as the broken clock is worthless for anyone. Hence, do whatever necessary.
