Text of Complaint by Faizal arafath:

I am using Vodafone network. I can’t able to phone on my mobile. But I have the in balance rs 2.36 paise and few minutes before I have recharge rs 199. This pack benefits is all over India unlimited calling,per day 1.4GB and per day 100 message free.

 

My problem is both plan I have in my mobile. But I can’t able to call anyone else. The company voice recording is said get credit balance on Vodafone. I try to speak customer care executive. But I couldn’t talk to him. I am waiting more then few minutes don’t have the response and proper answer. I am really dislike this company.

I hope you will take the action of the company.
