Hi,

I have bought dell Inspiron 15-3567 bought on June 2017. In 2 months it refused to boot and dell support wiped my data and installed OS without any proper explanation.

In June 2018, when I was working on my laptop ,the display developed an internal crack and went bad.the laptop is used at home, taken good care of. But dell refusing to accept the bad quality and trying to claim it as physical damage.

However, several such cases has been registered across their model ranges. Examples below.social media is full of such examples and in one case, similar issue happened in 4 days old laptop.

Inspite of numerous examples, the del support is not ready to accept the substandard quality and trying to dishonour warranty commitment provided to the consumers at he time of purchase. Under normal usage, the laptop goes bad in days ranging from few days to few months. Want my money back for providing such bad quality product and service .
