What Vodafone is doing to the subscribers is completely unethical. When a subscriber takes connection, it was told that life-time validity of the services with FREE incoming & outgoing based on balance available in the account.They cant change the rule as per their wish after customers take connection. It should be treated as’Breach of Agreement’ and I request the authority to take required actions against them.
