I am not satisfied with my Current Vodafone services(mobile no – 9030330169, Relationship no – 50676331) , So i have decided to port to Airtel.But just on the porting day Vodafone adds some extra packs without Confirming with customer and rejects the Port request saying there is a due amount.They did this for more than three times.I don’t get any calls from Vodafone retention team neither a message saying that i have subscribed to value added packs but they simply add it from their end and reject the port. When i call the vodafone customer care they simply say sorry for the inconvenience and we will waive off the amount . To escape from such cheap tricks of Vodafone i have made an excess payment of 150 rs thinking that they cant reject my port. But they did the same thing again for the fourth time they have added some pack and my outstanding amount was 49 inspite of making 150 excess payment. I never got a call from any one from retention team and this is being done on purpose to reject my port which is truly unethical and inappropriate way to retain customers. My 150 excess payment was not reflected until i called customer care to inquire about same. they have rejected my port based on the same trick 2 times and tried to do same even now.
So i kindly request you to look into this matter and take a stern action on Vodafone for cheating customers and showing excess bill amount.
