i had a unique promocode which i applied but had to cancel the order. i asked paytm to issue a new promo code or give me 400rs cashback but they declined. they put my call on hold for 50 mins to transfer the call to anjali shukla, the floor supervisor who was extremely rude and said that she wont help me any case. if my promocode has been cancelled along with the order why am i not entitled to a new promocode.
