Text of Complaint by Gulshan Sharma:

Sir/Madam,
I had a recharge of Rs 100 on 3rd October 2018 through HDFC credit card, Transaction ID: TLTP7779768 which had rejected by the Vodafone company (Transaction No. : ONR18100032220160203) as recharge of Rs 100 is no longer available by the company as they have changed the recharge option to Rs, 95.

When I am communication to the Vodafone they are saying that it was a failed transaction and when I am communication with the bank they are saying that it was a successful transaction and they have also mentioned in the bank statement.

Still I have not received this amount back in my account from Vodafone Company.
