I have recharged by vodafone prepaid number with 399 rs plan with 56 days validity on 5th dec but on 1st jan 2020 Vodafone has barred my outgoing call services in 28 days only. I have reported complaint on vodafone and also called customer service but they are sayong that plans have changed recharge but that is not the case and tgey are saying now recharge again to get services.
I have mailed to vodafone that its mistake from vodafone end and they have to reimburse for that but today is 7th day the issue is not resolved.
I have all the recharge details and mail communication done with vodafone and also all the details shared with vodafone but they are not responding now.
