I’d ordered jbl earbuds from beatflows.com. My order number was #11930 I’ve received that order. But i received simple wired earphones, I’d contacted them through email and still i don’t get any response from their customer care. There is no contact number info available of their customer care. please let me know what i can do and when I will get back my money. Please solve my problem asap.
