Hi friend,

I m using this vodafone number from 4 years, 2 years back i got an offer regarding corporate plan 299/-, so i have migrated to postpaid , since there is no network if is use internet, its only calling purpose for me, however no network most of the areas, its totally ridiculous if i compare with airtel, when i tried to migrate from post to pre by visiting one of the office, they are indirectly rejecting and asking for other irrelevant documents, i tired in other location office and they are charging me for 800/- , its totally ridiculous and  for the precious time sake i left the idea about migrating, and continued and post paid for another years,

one day, suddenly i got a bill receipt through mail from vodafone which is 1191/-, i wondered what they are up to and called up the customer care 198 , and he clearly mentioned that there is REDX plan got activated due to technical issue. and he assured this plan going changed to old one which 299/- and bill amount will be revised, and i believed him blindly and waited for another 20 days and next i got call from bill collection team and they asked to pay the 1191/- immediately , i freaked out and explained the whole thing, and after 4 days i got mail from vodafone which is a bill and charged for 2382/- this is where i got total frustrated and called up the customer and explained about the previous conversation with their fellow advisor , but she didn’t listened to me properly and babbling about the payment this is were i totally understand that these people doesn’t have process knowledge and she told that plan has activated and i don’t care about previous conversation, u have to pay bill amount in specified period and she promised that i am going get the same resolution if i connected with other fellow advisor, hence i called up again this time i got complaint no and she totally agreed with me and assured that bill amount will be revised, again called up for customer care this time one fellow didn’t cared about my reason and babbling about the payment , like this whole day i tried to get the proper information i was no where in hope to get the resolution and this time they proved that not only network even their employee in the same page , i have drafted so many mails but even though my issue is not resolution but they suggesting for another plans and i request for extra 3000 for plan change excluding bill amount. this network not much use for me other than calling, if i talk about internet 4g its totally worst airtel 3g is much better if i have to compare , no proper network , every time its ask for redialing, they claim their network is fast but believe me guys its even worse than landline phone. now they stopped their services due to non payment and again they charged me for another 1000/- with out usage, this is how they are looting the customers , i am going to throw this sim and, i even post criticizing posts in facebook and twitter.

this is my experience, friends please think about it before opting this network
