I have visited personally your Vodafone store located at Kalyan Mumbai on 17th Feb, 2019 post confirmation received via call from your customer service to change circle for the said Vodafone No. No.belongs to Gujarat circle and same No. I wanted to get transfer to Maharashtra.
I have been asked to pay Rs. 256 for new SIM which I paid in cash immediately and they gave me new SIM and said that it will be activated in2-3 working days and I have been also asked to pay outstanding bill amounting Rs. 620 which also I paid online.
Inspite of several follow up at store my No. is still in post paid plan and neither its circle has been changed.New bill also got generated and I have been charged for roaming and still receiving msgs for roaming plans.
I don’t now whom do I need to contact for same everytime I am visiting your store I am getting same response that it will take more 2-3 days for processing ,almost a month has been passed away in this 2-3 days story.
I’m not going to pay generated bill of Rs.149 as well as if new bill gets generated as it is lethargic response from your side and need solution to this problem on urgent basis.
