Hi,

I, Abirami ( 9884401372) would like to bring a few points to you.

Vodafone is a very good reliable service provider, I had been part of your service since 2010. Everything was going smooth until my business trip to Taiwan this year March.

I am a regular customer of Vodafone since 2010 and the sim card 9884401372 was taken by my colleague in 2010 and I was using it till March. Since last 2 years, I have been following up with Vodafone to change my address and name, both in person and through chat. All in vain.

I have enabled International roaming to use Vodafone sim during my Taiwan trip and when I return back to Chennai on March 24, my service got disconnected without any proper reason through mail / SMS. Left aloan in the airport at 2 am without having a phone to book Taxi, I cannot explain the pain and embarrassment which I went through during the early hours. When I contacted customer care they simply said my credit limit has crossed and asked me to make the payment immediately.

ALL I ASKED CUSTOMER CARE AGENT TO PROVIDE ME INTERIM BILL TO UNDERSTAND THE INCREASE IN BILL AMOUNT.No one from your end bothered to send the bill and me being in a high position in my company phone/internet is important and I switched to Airtel. I expected people to send me a mail regarding the bill/MNP but so much carelessness from your end and without enquiry, they have approved for MNP. Until May 23, I have not received even a single mail regarding the bill amount or an itemised bill.

To my another shock, Yesterday I got an anonymous call from this number 9791173493 and the lady used all abusive words to get the address and she even threatened by friends and family members stating police will come to our house. I felt very ashamed of all these and being such a big company, the way of treating customers is unacceptable.

Below are the problems /mistakes from your end.

  1. You have not updated my name and address details irrespective of visiting the store providing my aadhar copies and photos.
  2. You have not updated my alternate number when I chat in Vodafone app
  3. You have not even sent mail regarding the interim bill even when I was ready to pay.
  4. Poor customer care people who do not have any knowledge on the technical side why the bill amount has increased to maximum
  5. Irrespective of my queries for providing me with an itemised bill, they simply sent just the bill amount where I was unable to understand the reason bending increase in amount.
  6. Without evening thinking of 10 yrs long customer, used a very cheap method to find my address by giving anonymous calls to me, my friends and parents.

Without realizing all these problems and because of your poor management on the customer service end, asking me and threatening me with cheap politics for the address for bill payment is disgusting.

Still, I appreciate and would like to be part of Vodafone service but all I need is an apology from the people who threatened me through the mail and let me know about the waiver in payment. Kindly reach out to my email id as most of the time, I will not be in a position to pick the call due to freq travels.
