It’s sad that since 20-March I have been complaining about the network quality of Vodafone in my area and the service provider is least bothered about it. First, in a few days of complaint, they close the complaint without asking/informing me. They open a new complain then saying its from technical team they’ll provide a resolution.
In all it has been 23 days since my work is getting impacted due to lack of network/poor network quality. The company seems to be least bothered about providing good service to their customers. Please take this as an escalation of Vodafone and help them understand that this is how service companies lose business.
