Hi ,
My mobile no. 9995448171 is connected to idea from morning for which i have been getting low call quality and network service .
My connection is a vodafone connection and when informed to the customer care excutive the request was ignored by stating to reset the internet setting .
Second time i called the agent disconnected since the call was breaking due to Idea network issue. I dont pay for getting low quality service. I have not gone out of town nor changed my usual location i used to get proper vodafone service .
Request you to kindly consisder my complaint as a consumer redressal .
I have lost many of my clients due to this issue.
