im using vodafone phone since 12 years but i never faced any problem.
without my notice my numbers get enhanced plans for the nos 9160109666 and 9160108886
last month their is no signal for the number 9160109666. atleast the call was not connected to vodafone customer care. this month i got bill Rs. 358/-.
how my plans got enhanced without my notice / knowledge.
when customer care has called and asked for enhancement i said what ever is plan is their pls retain.
