I’m using TATA sky since 2008 and there is no challenge till last week. After TRAI implementation, there are so many procedural changes for subscriptions.
Earlier I had All Kids channels, All Tamil channels and Star Sports. At present I’m not having any channels in my list.
I used to check with Customer executives where they asked to contact the dealer. Even I contacted the dealer, they don’t have idea to change my needs.
Yesterday I contacted one of dealer in Vasanth and Co., in Velachery and his name is Yusuf, In-turn he contacted a person called Moorthy(Contact No -9791019005) and finally they told me that due to technical issues they are unable to register the channel as I requested.
There is no proper response from any of your executives as well as dealers. If your team is having any challenges, kindly inform me and I take go far other networks rather than keep on checking with you guys.
Also, If you all stated me that you can’t do it, I need the remaining balance to be credit in my account as well as dish cost.
Note -Just now I received a call from TATA Sky executive and he stated that he is going to forward the call to a concern dept. which clearly indicates that the executive not having idea how to resolve the issue.
