I am using vodafone prepaid no. Since last 4 yrs (9820283970) and I have enough recharge in my phone. I am not able to do outgoing calls since last 2 days.
I asked customer care and they told you have to do monthly recharge for activating your outgoing which is not right.
Please look into matter and take the necessary action.
