On 19 december I added 10000 to mobikwik wallet at that time they didn’t ask for kyc now i want to send money to bank account now kyc is required

And they dont support kyc link the centres they listed are fraud not exist in real and you can send onlt one message to customer service in one day that is how their service is

Even shops and mobile number of a shops are not true i myself tried it in pune city

I added my monet and they seized it
