Text of Complaint by Pradeep Kumar Dixit:

Dear Sir,

I am Vodafone postpaid consumer and using Vodafone red plan.

I used Vodafone Mobile Shield Plan for mobile insurance claim reference no.-1991090500

My phone was picked up by Vodafone’s vendor insurance company under this scheme SHOTFORMATS DIGITAL WORKS PVT. LTD. around a month before.

It phone was approved for Rs. 5198 under partial loss (repair) with an excess amount of Rs. 578 on 7th Feb 2018. I have made the excess amount payment

Now suddenly this status changed to Total Damage,

This is not possible it was just a minor crack on the touch screen no such damage can cause total damage or any other internal damage, I used this phone in same condition there was no issue. It was working fine and perfectly.

They neither return phone nor claim money back. They stole parts from the phone. This is a totally fraud company my phone is trapped and there are so many others like me.I am also sharing some reviews.
