I have enough balance on my Vodafone number. But it’s still not allowing me to make outgoing calls. All it shows that “outgoing expired” – why ? How ? Practically I should be able to receive & make calls both – because there’s enough balance. Why do I have to make another recharge to activate any call service. Vodafone stop stealing money from us & making your business through it!
