Pay Tm assured me about cash back of my purchase. But only because not doing my KYC, denying me for the benefit. It is not allowing me to do the KYC procedure with any of the documents displayed in the PAYTM application. Whenever I select the KYC option and during final submission, it shows message ‘Save action not allowed for doc’. What is the meaning of it? I tried to contact customer care but they are not connecting for the KYC issue’ Please help to complete the KYC and allow me to avail the benefit. Thanking you. Awaiting an early reply.
