I ported from reliance to Vodafone since 2-3 months ago.they promised to me to provide best and affordable services. But till now I have made 20-30 complaint regarding my slow speed issue.2 times also to Vodafone appiliate.also at the time they said for 199 monthly rental but when I got my bill I shocked. It was 399 monthly rental plan.
I have just an option to save my this number is pay bill for 90 days to Port out .they give me 20 gb monthly but till now I was unable to use my full monthly 20 gb of data cause of slow speed. So please sir kindly refund my paid balance because unused services and untold plan.
