my name is sumit singh and i am vodafone red costumer,my number is (9999270126).as when i have taken postpaid plan which cover the phone insurance,they said the phone will be pick from u and after the phone will be ok we will return to u,but know they are saying that u have self repair the phone.this is not the commitment which was made during the plan has been taken by me.my claim refrence number is (1991093905).as i have done all the necessary things and uploded all the documents but no one is helping me.the company like vodafone is harassing the costumer this is not fair.and at the time i have taken this plan the false information was given to me.the no document was required and know they asking me lots of documents.but i have fullfiled all the condition .this is the way u fool the people.and now they are threatning me and saying that we will send notice me and harassing me.no one is helping either atnthe store or online care
