Text of Complaint by Kishore Kumar mishra:

Sir
I am a consumer of three TV connection for which tata sky charges around 700 per month. Most of the time service to my number gets disconnected inspite of good weather condition.

Today i call the customer care as the service was permanently discontinued. All the time assurance was given that technician will attain within two hours, but despite of repeated call none of the technician attained for which i was forced to call another technician to get it done for which he charged around Rs 700. I am very much dissatisfied with the service of your company.
