One of the worst, atrocious service I have ever received. I have a postpaid connection recently purchased. The internet connection does not work while my network is in roaming. I called customer service to complaint. The only thing they do is raise a complaint and close it without even checking the resolution of the problem. They don’t bother to contact the customer to check. All they do is to fool customer saying “My technical team (which is actually invisible even to god) will contact you regarding the issue in the next 24 hours (which never occurs)” and close the complaint.
I mean, why do you even have a customer service to provide such a creepy service?

Problem:
When my network moves to roaming, i turn on the data connection, it says “Sign in to Vodafone network” and my internet connection does not work. When I browse internet, I get the error, “Data Usage Alert! as per regulatory norms, internet service has been stopped due to pack quota / validity”

Whenever I call to complain, I was told that my internet service active with huge amount of data balance. But it simply doesn’t work.
