Hi I am a consumer of Adani electricity My account no is 152119797 which is on the name of the owner Rekha Shridhar Girkar . I have been paying the bills since adani took over the Reliance and in past also I felt that couple of times my bill came quite high but I overlooked cuz it was still not to much but this time i couldn’t over look because I was not in Mumbai for almost 10 days and apart from that I was working for almost 12 hours or and leaving early morning and coming in night around 11 still my bill came 3700 which is not normal and my bill pattern has been below 1000 always and i am living in this studio room ya it’s a single room for past 1 year 2 months and I never got bill more than 1700 and that 1700 also came only one time and I was still not sure how it came but I let it go ,apart from that it’s always below 1000 and my last bill was 590 and just after that I got a bill of 3700 this is not acceptable and this time I am sure that something is not right because I was not here to use the electricity so how come the bill came this much.The guy who came said mam they sometimes take reading just like that ,that’s why your previous bill came low and this one high cuz they added in this one ,so I was like what type of service is this ,they are doing whatever they feel like …I told him that it’s not low my bill pattern is that way I dun use much electricity I am on work most of the time or I am not in city so how can my bill come like this.Please help me to get this resolved from their side because they are not accepting their fault instead they mailed me that we have checked your meter and it’s working perfectly fine and nothing is wrong the meter reading are also correct,which is a lie …Please help me …
