Text of Complaint by MURALI BASA:

The Vodafone from Delhi and Assam simultaneously charge me irrespective of my requests, they have deducted the money from Automatic smart pay more than the necessary times. I request them to send the money back to my card.

2. in the month of pay they charged me twice after I complain they only returned the one-month money.

3. And now the balance in my Vodafone account is more than 2400 which is 5 times of my average bill I asked them to return the money but they never responded in a proper way.

4. tried calling them but their response is poor, whenever they have sent the link to pay the money after I paid it is credited into the previous account i,e Assam. but the Delhi people used to call me for the payment

5. And regarding their poor signal strength at my office, I have complained many more times but nothing has been done.
