I ordered my voltas air conditioner worth 28946 after cashback the price is 25484/- through paytm mall on 21st june

I received voltas ac on 25th june At the time of delivery the delivery boy said to me that you can’t open this box it will be open by only INSTALLATION TEAM

1. Installation team came on 27th june when they open the box They found that the AC body is damaged and the fan of ac is also broken, so i placed the return of AC and @PaytmMall says to me that we will pick up the AC on 29th June and said you will get the refund on 2nd june , when i asked again they said we will pickup the product by 4th june and now its been 5th june they aren’t picking up the ac, Now they aren’t replying me anything and they aren’t refund my all money
