Vodafone offered redx plan with unlimited internet and highest 4g speed with is insured by ookla, as during lock down I need this plan for work from home I have bought it, speed is extremely slow not even 3G speed I have complaint to Vodafone customer care but after 3months problem not solved, some days internet not working for 24hours also, I have ask them to cancel this plan and refund my money but they ask me to pay 3000rupees more and cancel the plan, this is totally unfair, I am small person can’t afford this because it is waste of money, please help me , 9833477456 this is my Vodafone number
