Text of Complaint by Gaurav kolge:

Dear sir/ madam,

 

I have conversation with your executive and asked for data pack for 3 4 days, but he commited me for 5gb data pack for 4 billing cycles as a gift for free.

I didnt approach him for free data but he himself offered me and I accepted the same, even I have sms confirmation for the same which I am attaching in this mail.

I again confirmed it with your other customer executive after 2 hours for which he advised me to use data without worry and after that i started using data after confirmation. I was regular getting sms regarding data usage and finally received sms that i have touched limit of 500 rs and data speed is reduced, but i am at such place where i dont have any access to other network and i need fast internet for my use.

After calling customer care today they are not able to help me for this problem and asked me to wait till next billcycle and even said me that even after taking any add on pack i wont get my high speed internet now, and even she dnt have answer for my queation about the data pack which executive offered me as it is not reflecting in your system and even she asked me to pay that extra 500 rs which will be added in this months bill.

 

Please note below points.

 

1. I am not going to pay the data charges which will be applied on my bill. As it was the commitment of your service executive.

2. I want the data pack which was committed to me.

3. Kindly look in for the executive who committed me and dint process the same.

4. Quality of problem solving of your customer service have been poor nowdays.

 

As i am using vodafone for almost 3 years that too postpaid i need your positive feedback in this matter and action against my complaints, and written confirmation about the same.

 

If not found the above things positively, i would have to think about leaving vodafone family.
